Order Status 

• Normally we ship within 24 hours after the confirmation of your payment.

• We will contact you if your order does not ship within 2 business days. 

Prices for Shipping

• Prices are always F.O.B. Paramount, CA 

• If your orders are over $1,500, the shipping charges, within the contiguous

 48 states, will be covered .

Returns 

• ALL returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.

• Returns must be approved first before being sent back

• Shipping charges are non-refundable; 20% restock fee will applied on 

ALL returns.

Shipping Guarantee 

• Shipping is guaranteed by the shipping company. 

• However, we will do our best to help you track your shipment after it 

ships from our facility.

Wholesale Account

• Any order over $300, we will provide wholesale price.

• Any order over $1,500, we will provide FREE Freight within contiguous 48 States.
